- Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
- Refunds will only be considered if an item is significantly not as described, faulty, or damaged during shipping, in which case we will request evidence through a video unboxing demonstrating the issue.

- We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

- If your item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us immediately. We will ask for supporting evidence such as photos and an unedited, unboxing video within 48hrs.
