  1. No Refunds
    • Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
    • Refunds will only be considered if an item is significantly not as described, faulty, or damaged during shipping, in which case we will request evidence through a video unboxing demonstrating the issue.
  2. Exchanges Only
    • We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.
    • Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  3. Item Condition & Description
    • Each listing includes all known information about the item, including condition, defects, and functionality. By purchasing, you acknowledge that minor wear and tear is expected with vintage and second-hand items.
  4. Shipping & Handling
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
    • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery.
  5. Faulty or Damaged Items
    • If your item is faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us immediately. We will ask for supporting evidence such as photos and an unedited, unboxing video within 48hrs.
    • Once verified, we will either offer an exchange or provide store credit.
